Guitar Tutorials: What Guitar Shall I Buy First?

Buying a guitar is a very exciting process but you need to know what to look for if you don’t want to end up with a piece of junk.

What do I mean?Read on and find out. I have a few words of wisdom if you look for advice on this topic.

Always remember you should try and buy the best instrument you can afford from the word go and there are a few reasons why you should do that.

Having a good sounding guitar will inspire you loads and make you practice more often. That’s the idea behind this whole exercise, isn’t it? You can’t learn to play guitar without actually playing an acoustic guitar!

If you can purchase a good axe it will have better resale value which will help big time once it comes to upgrading to a better guitar.

Now what happens if you don’t have any dough and trust me I’ve been there myself and know all about it. Well I suggest you find someone with a guitar that they’re not using and ask them to use it for a while so that you can start practicing while you save for your own axe.

Lastly if you already own a guitar then get it setup properly and change the strings. You’ll be amazed at what it will do for your guitar and your guitar playing while in the meantime you save up for a better guitar.

I strongly suggest you get some good online guitar lessons and start learning the instrument the right way from the word go. You don’t want to learn bad habits or even worst get stuck in your learning process just because you don’t want to spend money on professional guitar tutorials.
