James Franco is no stranger to posting buzzworthy selfies on Instagram. In fact, it’s like his seventh job (after actor, author, student, model, director and satirist). But we think this most recent one may have people talking more than usual: He’s showing off a new blond do.

Will Game of Thrones end with a movie?

George R. R. Martin thinks it would be great if Game of Thrones was to end with a movie.

The 65-year-old author wrote the A Song of Ice and Fire novel series which the hit HBO show is based upon and he has given his blessing to the conclusion to of the story happening on the big screen, even though he has not finished writing the books.

He said: “If we go seven or eight seasons and then the show is still big enough that we can get the $200 million to finance a huge epic movie to end it … sure!”

The next Tomb Raider is an Xbox exclusive

Rise of the Tomb Raider, the next game in the reboot of the storied franchise, will be an Xbox exclusive, Microsoft corporate vice president Phil Harrison announced at Gamescom today.

The game is coming Holiday 2015 exclusively to Xbox, he said. It’s unclear how long that exclusivity will last.

The game’s creators explained the decision in a tumblr post today.

Dear Tomb Raider Community,

As you may have seen, we’ve just announced that Rise of the Tomb Raider, coming Holiday 2015, is exclusively on Xbox. We consider all of you to be the lifeblood of Tomb Raider and the work we do at Crystal. I’d like to give you some insight into this decision, and why we feel this is the very best thing for the Tomb Raider sequel we’re creating at the studio.

Tomb Raider in 2013 was a success due in large part to your continued support. Our goal has always been to deliver something truly special with Rise of the Tomb Raider. Today’s announcement with Microsoft is one step to help us put Tomb Raider on top of action adventure gaming. Our friends at Microsoft have always seen huge potential in Tomb Raider and have believed in our vision since our first unveil with them on their stage at E3 2011. We know they will get behind this game more than any support we have had from them in the past – we believe this will be a step to really forging the Tomb Raider brand as one of the biggest in gaming, with the help, belief and backing of a major partner like Microsoft.

This doesn’t mean that we’re walking away from our fans who only play on PlayStation or on PC. Those are great systems, with great partners, and amazing communities. We have Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris coming to those platforms this December, and Tomb Raider: The Definitive Edition is available on PS4.

We know that there are probably many more questions and concerns. Please do send them to us, and we’ll answer to the best of our ability. Meanwhile we’re going all out to try and make something truly special – the most ambitious Tomb Raider game ever built.

Demi Lovato giggles over Jonas romance rumours

Demi Lovato reportedly finds it “hilarious” that people think she is romantically linked to Nick Jonas.

The hunky musician recently confirmed the 21-year-old songstress is set to appear on his upcoming solo record, which is thought to be titled Flames.

While there have been rumours of more than a friendship between pair, Demi is said to find it hilarious.

‘She is like a sister to them all [Nick and his brother Joe and Kevin],’ a source told RadarOnline.

‘When Nick asked Demi to duet with him on a song for his new album, she was more than happy to do it. The fact that people would suggest that there is something romantic between the two of them is hilarious to her because it could not be farther from the truth.’

Nick, 21, has also made it clear there is nothing lovey dovey between himself and Demi. Speaking to MTV recently, he hinted at what fans can expect from their collaboration.

“She and I recorded a song that I think is beautiful,” he said. “It’s not necessarily a love song. It’s so easy to do a duet that’s a love song because our relationship isn’t really that.’
